Timbercrest’s Health Care Center provides 24-hour skilled nursing care, rehabilitation services, and personal care services on a short-term or long-term basis. The Health Care Center is licensed for Comprehensive Care by the Indiana State Department of Health, and it is certified for participation in the Medicare and Medicaid programs. The Center can serve 49 residents in 41 private accommodations, and four semi-private accommodations – these can be a benefit to married couples. Physical, occupational, and speech therapy services are available with the intent (upon restoring full function) to enable residents to return home.
