Memory Care

The Crestwood Living Center at Timbercrest understands the challenges of memory loss and cognitive impairment and is ready to help with specialized care for Alzheimer’s Disease and other forms of dementia. The Living Center’s name is derived from the acronym “CREST,” meaning “Centered on Reclaiming Experiences, Security, and Talents.”

Crestwood residents are an active part of the Timbercrest community who benefit from the additional services provided by Crestwood’s personalized memory care:

• 16 private residential rooms
• Access to a kitchen, dining room, family room, and living room with fireplace
• Caring staff trained in providing Memory Care services
• Full schedule of enriching, personalized activities
• 24/7 availability of staff
• Secure Living Center

Crestwood offers both long-term care and a Day Services Program for individuals with specific health needs, particularly those related to Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias.

Day Services Program

The Crestwood Day Services Program offers a flexible care option for individuals who may need part-time support. The Day Services program is available Monday through Friday, with occasional weekends upon request.
