Skilled Nursing and Personal Care Services

Timbercrest’s Health Care Center provides 24-hour skilled nursing care and rehabilitation and personal care services on a short- or long-term basis.

Fully licensed for Comprehensive Care by the Indiana State Department of Health, the Health Care Center is certified to participate in Medicare and Medicaid programs. The Center is able to serve 49 residents in 41 private accommodations, and four semi-private accommodations, which can be of benefit to married couples.

Physical, occupational, and speech therapy services are available to help residents heal and enable them to return home.
